Returns Policy

The Volley shoes you ordered don’t fit? Or they were faulty? Or somehow we messed up the order?

Not to worry.

We want to make sure you are happy with your Dunlop Volley shoes, so if something is not quite right with the order, or you realise your feet are a little too small or big for the shoes, you have 28 days to return them.

All we ask is that you return them in their original, unused condition in their original box and packaging, along with the return label you received on your delivery note that came with your delivery.

For faulty or messed up orders, we will you can choose between a refund or an exchange, and we will reimburse you for the delivery costs you incur sending the goods back. Refunds will be on the card you used to make your purchase.

If you want to exchange for a different size, we are happy to exchange for a new size but we cannot reimburse you for the cost of shipping the original delivery back to us.

Please be aware that you are responsible for the returned item until it has reached us. We recommend using a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
