1. Introduction
This website is run by Start of Play Ltd (“Us/We”), part of the DownUnder Tradies Group, the registered office of which is at Suite 3, Boundary House Business Centre, W7 2QE, and which is registered with the Companies House under number 7089648.
These terms and conditions relate to this Dunlop Volley website (“Our/This/The Website”), and goods available to purchase on this website. Please read these terms and conditions, as the website visitor/buyer (“You”) will need to accept them before you will be able to complete the purchase of any goods from this website.
These terms and conditions are subject to change by us without any obligation from us to notify you of such changes. These terms and conditions, along with the order summary and privacy policy, constitute the whole of the contractual relationship between you and us.
2. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are in UK pound sterling, and include the UK value-added-tax (VAT) at the current rate, unless stated otherwise.
Please note that deliveries made to addresses outside of the UK and Europe may be subject to local import taxes payable when taking delivery of your order.
Payments can be made on the website by Visa, Visa Debit (UK only), Visa Electron (UK only), Solo (UK only) or Mastercard.
We reserve the right to make changes to prices on the website without prior notification to you.
3. Delivery
We proudly offer delivery to most countries around the world.
For all details of our delivery options and charges, please visit the delivery section of our website.
Upon receipt of a successful payment, you will be sent an email confirming your order, and giving you your estimation of the delivery time.
We aim to ship your order within the quoted time. However, this is an estimate, and delivery within the time quoted cannot be guaranteed, and we are not liable or responsible for any loss caused by you by late delivery over the estimate provided.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability, and can affected by events outside our control like postal strikes. If we anticipate a delay to your delivery time, we will contact you to let you know.
Please ensure your delivery address is a residential or business address, particularly for orders outside of the UK as not all delivery services will be able to deliver to PO boxes.
It is your responsibility to notify us if the goods have not been received within 21 days of the estimated delivery date. If no notification is made within this time period you shall be deemed to have received the goods.
4. Returns, refunds and exchanges
We want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase, and give you 28 days from receiving your delivery to return your purchase if it is faulty, there was a mistake with the order, or the item was simply not the right fit.
All we ask is that you return the delivery in its original, unused condition and packaging along with the return label included on your delivery note that came with the order.
If the item is faulty or a mistake was made with the order, you can choose between a refund or an exchange, and we will reimburse you for the delivery costs you incur sending the goods back. Refunds will be on the card you used to make your purchase.
If you simply want a different size, we are happy to exchange for a new size but we cannot reimburse you for the cost of shipping the original delivery back to us.

Please be aware that you are responsible for the returned item until it has reached us. We recommend using a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

In order to process and deliver your order we require certain information from you, including your name, address, email, telephone number and payment card details. By making a purchase you consent for us to use this information to take payment for goods purchased, and use your information for the purpose of delivering your order.
This information is treated with the utmost care and security and we will never give your details to anyone apart from the necessary information our deliverers need in order to deliver your order to you, without your prior consent.
If you enter competitions, or subscribe to newsletters that we offer we will also hold additional information that you consent in providing by participating in such activities.
We may use your details to inform you of offers and news about us that we feel may be of value to you. If you wish to stop receiving communications from us you have the option to unsubscribe by using the unsubscribe feature in an email, or by emailing theteam@dunlopfootwear.co.uk.

6. Trademarks and copyrights
Items on this website may not be copied and used elsewhere for any purpose without our OK first in writing. In most instances we will be happy to give you this permission – just don’t do it without asking first.

At all times we have used reasonable care and skill to put together the content that forms this website but cannot guarantee that all information and photos will be correct at all times. Although every effort is made, things are regularly changed on the website and there is the possibility of errors occurring. Any errors will be rectified quickly upon realisation of their existence.
